Probably not the best thing to come out of Brazil but its so catchy. And a good running song. Apologies to anyone who gets the song stuck in their head (like I did). You've gotta love the film clip though.
I have no idea what its all supposed to mean but one web site translates "solta o frango" as "it loosens the chicken" :-)

I have heard this before but never knew what it was....now I know! Its very catchy and you're right - it does get stuck in your head!

Yes very catchy song Tesso.That clip brought back some memories for me. Did you know that I lived in Philippines for three years and had a "stable of chickens" I used to enter in "cock fights." I won a few too but not enough to retire on ;)
It actually means "Lose yourself". Really if you are stressed just get out and have fun and dance without inhibitions. Translated from the Brazilian Detailer who works for me.
