You will be Comfortably Numb when you feel the 3C temperature on Sunday morning!

I was actually thinking the whole list could be cut in half as the ITB gods are hopefully going to shine a positive light on you by Sunday morning.

All the very best for Canberra Tess. I hope you're able to race, and to race comfortably.

and thank you enormously for all your assistance in getting this little black duck through the last few months of training. It's been great to know you're always there for me :)

With the temp the way it is in Canberra at least you wont have to worry about icing!

Now I know how you buggered your ITB - it was all those dance steps you were trying to do whilst running huh?

Keep positive kiddo ;-)

Sounds good. Although like Miners said, a cut and paste is needed. You won't have that much time. Good luck Tess hope the ITB holds up.

Love your list Tesso. Hope you get to listen to enough of it to make Sunday worthwhile.

I won't be running with any music. Have come to the conclusion I need to focus on the task at hand in races.

Hi Tess,

This is Cass, Shane's wife here, he is away for a few days, so I thought I would pop in and say best of luck for the Race on Sunday from both of us. I really hope that you get through without too much trouble from the ITB, take it easy and take care of yourself, teh brisbane running scene wants you back brand new! Good luck and enjoy it!

Commiserations and well done on giving it your best shot.

I couldn't help spying an all-time classic:
Listen To The Band - Mike Nesmith

I would've bought a ticket had I known the in-flight entertainment was that good. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.
